I-LUB Introduction to Lubrication

I-LUB Introduction to Lubrication (Perth)

Program Overview

Lubrication management and analysis are vital components of world class predictive and proactive maintenance programs, and critical for making informed maintenance and operational decisions,
early detection and diagnosis of faults, sustainable improvements in machine reliability, and root cause elimination.

Lubrication tasks including representative and repeatable sampling, handling and storage, relubrication, contamination, filtration, analysis and diagnostics, remedial actions and many others, can only be effective in reducing risk and cost, and improving reliability, if personnel are aware. The Introductory Lubrication course I-LUB is delivered in every day language, no formulas, maths, or chemistry. It was created to support industry groups and personnel entering into the lubrication best practice space, with little or no experience. The topics included are derived from the ISO 18436 body of knowledge and ideal for personnel new to Lubrication, or those who simply want a refresher. The course will also assist to prepare personnel for undertaking an ISO 18436 Level 1 Course (LCAT 1). ICM draws upon 30 years of training experience in lubrication management and analysis, 12 years as an ISO18436 Accredited Training Organisation. Providing both the necessary awareness, and the competency frameworks to holistically manage lubrication on site in accordance with recognised, effective, best practice procedures.
